Smilix Return Policy

At Smilix, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Smilix wine aerator, we are here to assist you with our simple and convenient return policy.

Return Conditions:

Return Period: You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return.

Product Condition: The returned product must be in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation to facilitate the return process.

Return Process:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is received, our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization along with detailed instructions for the return process.

Product Shipment: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure the product reaches us safely.

Refund or Exchange: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will proceed with either refunding the total amount of your purchase or exchanging the product, based on your preference.
